Meet Zlata Prudyus
Zlata is a creative and imaginative seventh grader with a passion for storytelling. She began writing Amy and the Magic Forest as a school assignment in fifth grade while attending an elementary school in Vancouver. With encouragement from her teachers and the support of her mom, Roxi, her classroom project blossomed into a beautifully published book by the time she was in sixth grade.
Zlata loves crafting tales filled with adventure, magic, and meaningful lessons about friendship and determination. When she isn’t dreaming up new worlds, she enjoys reading, drawing, and exploring nature for inspiration.
Through her stories, Zlata hopes to inspire other children to embrace their creativity and imagination – proving that even the biggest dreams can start small and come true.

In July 2025, Zlata Prudyus was proudly featured in the 5th Anniversary Edition of KidlioMag, a popular digital magazine that highlights young authors and kid-friendly books. The issue celebrated creativity, imagination, and the voices of the next generation of storytellers.
